Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage targeted social media strategies to amplify brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.

  • Craft and curate engaging content, including articles, blog posts, visuals, basic video editing, infographics, and videos tailored to each platform's unique audience.

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and to create campaigns that capture the brand’s voice.

  • Assist in managing the content calendar, scheduling posts, and monitoring social media interactions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

  • Promote company events, webinars, product launches, and other initiatives across social channels, managing these campaigns end-to-end to drive registrations, attendance, and participation.

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools, identifying opportunities to innovate and optimize Mindbowser’s social media strategy.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, click-through rates, conversions, follower growth, and lead generation. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing B2B social media platforms.

  • Proficiency in creating content, including strong writing skills and basic design capabilities (experience with tools like Canva).

  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, X Analytics, Google Analytics) to evaluate and report on performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team setting.

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a good eye for detail.

  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and SEO principles is a plus.
