**Position:** Senior Android Engineer (Flutter Experienced)
**Overview:**
BONX provides voice communication services to customers in diverse work environments. The company is evolving its service into a "Voice DX Solution" that uses digital technology to improve workplace operations. As the number of enterprise customers increases, BONX is building a foundation for products and systems that can meet a wide range of user needs. Currently, a major app renewal is underway, and BONX is looking for someone to join the development team.
This position seeks a Flutter engineer who can work on front-end development (Android/iOS/Web applications). The ideal candidate should be able to design and develop UI/UX from the user's perspective and be eager to embrace and enjoy new challenges and improvements.
The application deeply integrates with device features, such as Bluetooth communication with BONX BOOST hardware, voice and sound detection, voice UI/UX, and group talk via a proprietary VoIP system. While prior experience in these specialized areas is not required, a willingness to learn from experienced team members is essential.

**Required Skills:**
- Experience in designing and developing with Flutter (Dart)
- Experience in UI/UX design for applications
- 3+ years of experience (or equivalent ability) in developing Android native apps using Kotlin or Java
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in developing Android/iOS native apps or libraries
- Experience in developing web applications
- Experience in voice signal processing
- Experience in developing apps integrated with external devices like Bluetooth
- Experience in developing bidirectional communication systems
- Experience in machine learning-based development
- Experience in developing with RoR, Go, etc.
- Experience in team leadership or management
- Willingness to work in English (experience is less critical than enthusiasm)

**Salary:** ¥5,000,000 - ¥12,000,000
