Technical Product Manager

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for ILLA's APIs and integration platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide products from conception to launch, bridging technical and business worlds.
  
• Develop detailed product requirements, scopes, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality functionalities.
  
• Oversee the lifecycle of the product, from ideation to retirement, ensuring that products and services meet the highest standards of usability, 
  reliability, and performance.
  
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across internal teams and key external stakeholders.
  
• Monitor product performance and measure impact on overall business objectives, adjusting the product roadmap, as necessary.
  
• Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, especially in Logistics & supply chain sectors.
  
• Ensure comprehensive API documentation is maintained and updated regularly. Provide training and support for internal and external teams using the APIs.
• Leverage the technical background to guide squads on the best practices for API development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and security.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering related field.
  
• +3 work experience as a Technical Product Manager with strong software development background, with experience in coding, APIs, and software architecture is a must.
  
• Strong understanding of APIs, API ecosystem, web services, and integration technologies is a must.
  
• Experience in managing product life cycles and product roadmaps for tech-based products.
  
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) for managing software development projects.
  
• Deep understanding of software engineering processes, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
