Job Description:

  • Supports the Information Technology ERP and HRIS environments, applications, and team delivering excellence in service across incident management, environment and release management, projects, training, adoption, and oversight of 3rd party contractors within the assigned application domain (HCM, Payroll, T&A, Finance, Research, Supply Chain, or Technology).
  • Works closely with the business and IT leadership serving as an expert resource to leverage the ERP and HRIS solution to support the organization. Drive a coordinated approach to define, implement, and foster the ERP and HRIS strategy across Veradigm to deliver business outcomes.
  • Implement and manage processes and procedures required to ensure optimal systems selection, design, development, configuration, implementation, upgrades, testing, and production success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage team members with a positive and proactive attitude to understand business needs and explore ways to build, deliver and enhance technology solutions and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT team members, and external partners to support Core HCM Modules: Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, & Learning.
  • Collaborate with Accounting team members, and external partners to support Core ERP Modules.
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain configuration, integrations, and technical solutions.
  • Support IT Technical Lead with Integrations: API’s, EIB’s.
  • Analyze, communicate, and support technical dependencies.
  • Provide cross functional technical support for ERP & HR Requirements:
  • Experience related to implementation and management of enterprise HR and ERP applications
  • Proven capabilities and experience in three or more of the following areas: Applications Development, Business Process and Workflow Management, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Systems Support.
  • Experience with Agile software development, traditional project management, and Six Sigma methodologies and techniques.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required
  • Masters degree preferred
  • 10+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Expert level or equivalent experience Preferred
  • 5+ years practical experience designing and building enterprise or distributed software systems Preferred
