Bolt Market is a quick grocery delivery service with our own dark stores already operating in 6 countries in Europe. It's a part of our main Bolt Food app.

The analytics function of our product team is expanding and we are now looking for a Senior Product Analyst who would enhance data-driven decision-making in Bolt Market even further, becoming a key partner to a team of 40 professionals: product managers, analysts, designers, UX researchers and engineers. As a Senior Product Analyst at Bolt, you are much more than a data cruncher. You are co-leading the development of the product, being the voice of the customer, and playing a crucial role in deciding what we build and why.

  • <point>Designing, conducting and documenting A/B experiments, enabling statistics-driven decision making, as well as improving peers’ awareness of A/B testing culture</point>
  • <point>Maintaining and expanding the scope of product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvements in user experience</point>
  • <point>Researching and experimenting with different pricing setups (fees and assortment pricing) to enhance our pricing strategy</point>
  • <point>Leveraging your expertise to drive and support Bolt Market product strategy</point>
  • <point>Conducting product research of new features, design, user flow and personalisation</point>
  • <point>Analysing the wide scope of data generated by our own customer app and warehouse management system, finding frictions and inefficiencies</point>

  • <point>You hold BSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics</point>
  • <point>You have at least 2-4 years of experience dealing with large volumes of data</point>
  • <point>You have outstanding SQL skills and a solid grasp of Python/R for data analysis</point>
  • <point>You are fluent with at least one of the BI tools and data visualisation in general (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, DataStudio, Metabase etc), and have experience with product analytics tools (e.g. MixPanel, Amplitude)</point>
  • <point>You have a proven ability to lead experimentation efforts: using applied statistics, designing and analysing experiments, providing recommendations</point>
  • <point>You craft compelling stories with data, driving change among your team and stakeholders</point>
