Product Management Lead

• User Insights & Research: Conduct insightful user interviews, establish hypotheses, and guide research initiatives to keep customer needs at the forefront of product decisions.

• Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key product metrics to fuel continuous improvement in user engagement and satisfaction.

• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Over 5 years in product management, with substantial experience in mobile app development.

• Experience overseeing product development during growth phases, leading to successful outcomes.

• Product Growth: Proven track record of scaling innovative consumer apps in fast-paced environments.

• Data Expertise: Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in data discovery, extraction, and working with databases.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in creating product roadmaps, user segmentation, A/B testing, and implementing growth frameworks.

• UI/UX Collaboration: Experienced in prototyping and wireframing, with the ability to collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to develop effective product specifications.

• Project Leadership: Exceptional project management skills to guide initiatives from inception to completion.

• Consumer-Focused Experience: Background in consumer-focused markets is a plus
