Director, Client Services: Revenue Operations (Remote)
Introduction

In this role, you will be a thought leader with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, providing executive-level, strategic advice and leading client engagements for some of the most exciting companies in the world. As a Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building a renewable book of business through new client acquisition and retainers. 

 

Team members in the Director, Client Services role are leaders in the CloudKettle organization, helping retain and expand top-tier clients. As an ideal candidate, you are an excellent communicator who distinctly understands how to communicate to C-Suite leaders, demonstrating the value proposition by recommending and developing Salesforce solutions. 

 

As a member of the Client Services team, you will spend time focusing on sales and business development activities while managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close and renewal.

Responsibilities

A CloudKettle Director, Client Services is responsible for retaining and expanding the organization's client base, profile and generating revenue by:

 

  • Acting as the Executive Sponsor and lead for clients, providing not only top-tier service but also Revenue Operations best practices and strategic guidance.
  • Building a retainer-based book of business and driving sales growth through client acquisition and in a targeted vertical.
  • Directly contributing to and overseeing a significant volume in ARR by improving client health and the value we provide them.
  • Overseeing the delivery of client work for our retainers and project engagements. Working with Project Managers, Architects and other team members, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success with requirements gathering, design, development, testing, documentation, and design for complex client projects.
  • Acting as a mentor to team members, sharing your knowledge and domain expertise in order to grow the CloudKettle practice.
  • Directly contribute to growing the organization's reputation in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Managing multiple opportunities simultaneously across the stages of the sales cycle.
  • Be sought after and represent CloudKettle as a speaker and guest author in a thought-leadership capacity.
  • Represent and reinforce CloudKettle’s values, both to the internal team, to our clients, and to our Partners.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience selling to C-suite leaders, with the ability to clearly communicate the value proposition of solutions. 
  • Industry recognized certifications, including Salesforce Certifications are an asset.
  • Significant experience managing the entire lifecycle of complex projects.
  • Experience building relationships with c-suite clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of team members.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly efficient team player with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Experience working at a Salesforce System Integrator is preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a strong asset.
  • Must be currently based in and legally eligible to work in Canada and can show proof of citizenship or visa.
