Job description

This is a remote position.


Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our business development and outreach activities. This role involves research, data entry, and targeted cold outreach via email and LinkedIn, focusing on non-branded hotels, real estate and private equity firms, fitness studios, and specific job application tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent research abilities, familiarity with LinkedIn, and a knack for locating high-quality contact information.

  1. Research and Data Collection:

    • Conduct detailed research on non-branded (unfranchised) hotels in specified areas to identify key contacts:
      • Primary: Owner
      • Secondary: General Manager (GM)
    • Research real estate and private equity investment companies/investors in specific regions to find key contacts:
      • Primary: CEO, Managing Partner, Managing Principal, or President
      • Secondary: Chief Investment Officer (CIO) or Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
    • Identify well-reviewed and popular fitness studios in certain regions, locating the primary contact (Owner) and secondary contact (GM).
  2. Information Verification:

    • Verify the LinkedIn profile URL, email address, and best phone number for each identified Point of Contact (PoC) across targeted business segments.
    • Maintain accurate, updated contact information within a structured database.
  3. Cold Outreach:

    • Assist with cold contacting identified PoCs via email or LinkedIn InMail, following a personalized outreach strategy.
  4. Job Application Support:

    • Review available job postings in specific criteria and locations.
    • Customize cover letters, answer application questions, and submit applications on behalf of our team.
    • Identify and reach out to recruiters or hiring managers associated with specific roles through LinkedIn and email.


Requirements


  • Experience in business development research, cold contacting, or similar virtual assistant roles.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn for locating and contacting individuals.
  • Familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet tools for data entry and tracking, email finder tools such as Hunter.io and Clearbit, and experience with real estate parcel ID tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills for personalized outreach emails and application customization.
  • Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently and remotely.
