Job description

The Strategic Planning Analyst role is responsible for maintaining and providing the data sets necessary for short- and long-term planning within the business operations unit.  They have a good understanding of the solutions provided to the Trubridge customer.  They will align with the life cycle of a customer’s decision from proposal to completion.  The Strategic Planning Analyst is responsible for maintaining accuracy of delivery and ensuring constant communication with the delivery teams.  This role provides both business and service expertise to support the analysis, implementation, and maintenance of deliverables for Trubridge.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Research, identify, understand, and communicate to the delivery team the scope of the project and deliverables.
  • Supports the identification and analyzes issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity and helps support the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Cross org collaboration with finance, HR, and sales ensuring alignment across the organization
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders to define material, quality, and service requirements and standards for contracts and services for the business.
  • Project timelines and revenue recognition of the project deliverables.
  • Understands key business drivers for the implementation of Trubridge products.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage as well as escalate issues to ensure timely resolutions negative impacts to the business.
  • Provides timely follow-up with clients or team members during the delivery process.
  • Monitors expect / follow-up dates for the delivery team’s orders and situations, and alerts management of timeline changes.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2-4+years of consulting experience
  • Experience with Project Management in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
  • Experience with MS Office software – Excel, Word, etc.
  • Maintain a professional remote work environment.
