What you will do:

Drive customer satisfaction: Work with the Team to investigate and respond to a queue of incoming email queries in a strategic & timely manner, striving to exceed expectations by delivering positive outcomes & exceptional service.

Get a great sense of achievement: From using your investigation skills daily to implement sustainable solutions for our customers.

Collaborate across teams: Foster collaboration across departments to address complex customer issues.
