Solution Architect- NA

Description

The position is for a Solution Architect in the NAM region. As a leader in OT Security, OTORIO’s Solution Architect team is crucial to our long-term success. We are our customers’ most trusted advisors,representing their needs and helping them reach their goals, while supporting sales and growth opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide and manage delivery services of Otorio solutions, including product deployment,
• configuration, health checks, optimization, training, and troubleshooting
• Execute comprehensive project plans. Coordinate all project phases, from initial development
• through implementation. Ensure success as defined by scope, budget, and timeline.
• Communicate proactively to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiencies
• Contribute to the development of best practices and training material
• Collaborate with customer support, product management, R&D, marketing and sales regarding
• deployment techniques, feature requests, and product issues

Requirements

• Proven track record. 3+ years’ experience as Solution Architect/professional services team leader for cyber security products
• Strong technical understanding of computer networking, Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools
• Experience installing and supporting production network and computer security systems 
• Working experience with Docker containers, VMs, Linux systems, and database querying (Postgres)
• Experience with end-point visibility and IDS tools, as well as active/passive discovery techniques
• A “hands-on” attitude with a passion to drive both individual and team success
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, online and in-person
• Experience working with global C-Level customers 
• Experience with Operational Technology, the Purdue model, IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and IoT, a plus.
• Domestic and international travel – up to 50%

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Security certification such as CISSP, SSCP or GIAC is a plus
