Reports to:  Director, DTC Digital Project Manager

Location:  US - Remote

The Role

The Manager, Global DTC Projects will be responsible for leading complex projects & programs that deliver DTC strategic organizational goals.  This person will possess a strong project management background in software development, having proven the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.  This role may oversee the activities across multiple related projects and will guide project teams to deliver shared objectives that are aligned with the program roadmap.  The Sr. Project Manager will work with business partners, leadership teams, and development teams to identify key objectives, requirements and develop project plans that align with strategic goals and prioritize the deliverables.

The ideal candidate will be strategic minded, detail oriented, driven to deliver Value.  This role will manage Projects within all facets of DTC development, including web technologies, order management system development, marketing, and Retail technology initiatives.  Candidates will be supremely organized, heavily focused on collaboration and follow-through, be accountable to a development roadmap and be expert in several Project Management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid practices.

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Leadership, Business Teams and Product Teams to develop objectives, deliverables, roadmaps, and project plans in alignment with strategic initiatives
  • Manage Project Plans and Project Teams to deliver measurable Value
  • Identify key requirements with cross functional teams across the organization
  • Maintain Stakeholder Communication and manage expectations
  • Mentor and supervise Project Delivery Team members
  • Team Coordination and Management through Monitoring & Controlling practices
  • Oversee Program Execution and Delivery
  • Budget and Resource Management
  • Identify and oversee Change Management Requirements
  • Post-Project Closure Activities

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 7+ years of Program Management, or relevant upper management experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Strong business backgrounds, focused on the value created through people, processes and technology.
  • Broad knowledge and certifications in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
  • Experience in multiple PM tools including AHA, Atlassian Tools, JIRA
  • Know your way around Microsoft excel and PowerPoint

$140,000 - $150,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
