This is a Hybrid work-from-home position reporting to the office 3 days a week in Carrollton, Texas. This is a non-exempt position paying $20/hour.

This role is pivotal in upholding the visual integrity of our brand, ensuring that every piece of visual content—from photography to videography—resonates with our audience while maintaining our brand's aesthetic. You'll be instrumental in transforming creative concepts into compelling visual narratives that not only reflect our identity but also drive engagement and contribute to growth.
The Marketing Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Leatherology Marketing team. This role helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with PR and press-related tasks, supporting event logistics, fulfilling influencer and editorial orders, and assisting with additional ad-hoc, timely requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support the Marketing team’s success.
Duties and responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Marketing team with general administrative tasks and ad hoc requests, including but not limited to organizing files and reports, printing marketing collateral, assisting on photoshoots, gathering marketing research, transferring inventory, and other time sensitive tasks as determined by the Marketing Manager.
- Assist with maintaining the Leatherology showroom, photo studio, and product sample space.
- Provide support for events planning, such as preparing printed materials, coordinating shipments, tracking guest lists, and assisting with vendor communications.
- Ensure timely preparation and setup for events under the guidance of senior marketing staff.
- Aid in order fulfillment and personalization as needed during peak sales periods.
PR & Press Support:
- Respond to and fulfill requests for affiliate partners, product gifts, editorial samples, and editorial images in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support Leatherology's PR firm by tracking and coordinating product inventory for PR and gifting purposes, keeping detailed records of what has been sent to whom.
- Monitor Leatherology press email inbox and direct inquiries to the appropriate team or department.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative or clerical experience, ideally in a marketing or PR environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
- Experience with event logistics and/or working with PR agencies is a plus.
