Job description

The Business Development Manager will lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline. This role is crucial in driving the overall success of our sales efforts by developing strategies, coaching team members, and aligning with marketing and sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development and leadership.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of BDRs to exceed lead generation and sales targets.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales and marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Establish and track team KPIs, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to ensure alignment on target markets, messaging, and lead quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and create development plans for team members.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM to ensure effective lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously improve outbound prospecting methods (email, phone, social outreach) and optimize workflows.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales development to keep the team competitive.
  • Contribute to overall company growth by identifying opportunities for scaling the business development function.
