operations to shaping the future of our regional IT infrastructure and projects. The role will

include working directly with core systems, integrations of portfolio companies to the Dura

infrastructure, programming, technology transfer assessments between Dura and its portfolio

companies, as well as working with architecture and planning. This will be a tech-heavy IT

role—not a tech/dev ops role.

The role will a top lieutenant to the Brazil CTO, one of the CTO’s two principal direct reports.

The CTO’s other principal direct report is the dev. ops leader. To start, the role will not have any

direct reports, but an opportunity exists for substantial growth to the extent Dura continues to

expand in Latin America.
