Responsibilities

• Lead the development and testing of REST APIs and robust integrations with HR and Asset Management Software.
• Design, develop, and test user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs for code creation, code review, and automated testing to improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure business requirements are met.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use in both frontend and backend development.
• Translate complex user and business needs into functional and efficient code.
• Implement and advocate best practices in full stack development to optimize our development and testing processes.
• Play a key role in the architectural design and scalability of our software solutions.
• Address and resolve coding issues across the stack in collaboration with the team.
• Work closely with the Lead Engineer and Product Manager to develop and refine software solutions.

Requirements

• Strong growth mindset, continually seeking new solutions and innovative approaches.
• Solid understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, and Big O Notation.
• At least 3 years of experience in full stack development, including both frontend and backend.
• Extensive experience with Node.js, Express, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in CSS preprocessors like SASS or SCSS and frameworks such as Tailwind.
• Proven ability to consume and design REST APIs.
• Experience in a cloud-based environment (GCP preferred) and serverless functions such as Firebase Functions or AWS Lambda.
• Experience using AI tools, such as LLMs, for code generation, code review, and testing.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and integrating AI-assisted development into workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience delivering software within a Scrum development process.
• Proficient use of collaboration tools like GitLab and Miro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• English level: B1
