About the role

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team!

What you’ll do here:

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties requiring a good working knowledge of standard methods and established procedures.

  • Provide support to staff in general office management functions.

  • Help with the integration of new employees and close the files of departing employees while treating information and files highly confidential.

  • Organize travel for VP cloud and infrastructure teams.

  • Act as a liason with other departement.

  • Supervise the use of the departement's corporate credit card.

  • Ability to compile and write statistical reports.

  • Prepare presentation as needed.

  • Ability to administer many aspects involving building maintenance, office equipment maintenance, I.T. contacts, telephone systems, vacation schedule and payables.

  • Provide advice and monitor the use of general accounts with regards to the teams expenses (travel, training, etc).


What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5 year of experience.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

  • Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
