Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Maintain Glatiramer Acetate 20/40 mg/mL marketing materials, printing and digital availability by working closely with Marketing Operations/Heeter to track inventory, make projections.

  • Track existing GA 20/40 mg/mL project in Veeva and maximize relationship with COE ensuring efficient and effective project execution; no walk-ons and no missed revisions in resubmitted material.

• Support sales team assessing feedback from field and providing recommendations to address material improvement as needed.

• Support team to develop select launch material for GA Depot; i.e. Administration material, Patient material.

• Manage and facilitate the monthly billing and accrual process, train on SmartSource and understand current budget allocation across vendors, manage monthly accruals and ensure that new LCM contracts are communicated with finance in terms of billing amounts by month.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Bachelor or Master degree program (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

• Proactive nature is a must, ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and manage them to closure.

• Ability to apply prior work experience/knowledge to today; Be a resource to others, particularly related to marketing material development and billing accuracy.

• High quality, detail-oriented output and compliant execution of marketing resources.

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
