We are looking for product support specialists to provide exemplary customer service and software application support to customers with a wide variety of technical aptitudes. A positive attitude and good sense of humor are essential in this fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities 

  • Handle customer support calls 

  • Create and resolve support tickets via phone, email, and chat 

  • Expand knowledge of our products and technical skills through training and practical experience 

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries 

  • Identify and understand customers’ objectives and outcomes 

  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating internal and customer-facing articles 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all situations 

 
Successful candidates will have access to extensive training on our applications and on-the-job training to further develop their skills. We foster an informal environment that encourages team camaraderie and relationship building. 
 
Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of technical support experience in a product support environment 

  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems (both Server and Client) 

  • Experience installing and upgrading software 

  • Medical billing office or insurance clearinghouse experience is helpful but not required 

  • Strong customer-oriented focus with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally 

  • Good technical aptitude for working with software 

  • Internally driven with the ability to collaborate, adapt, and think analytically 

  • Experience with medical billing software solutions is preferred but not required 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
     

Hourly wage range $25.00 - $30.00. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
