Do you have strong quantitative and analytical skills and an interest in financial analysis? We have an opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our team! We are looking for someone to play a crucial role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights across our business. They will work collaboratively to ensure flawless execution of financial processes and deliver best-in-class financial analysis.

 

The Financial Analyst will support the company’s financial objectives by conducting quantitative analysis, building financial models, and delivering strategic insights. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the creation of accurate forecasts and reports. With a strong focus on data accuracy and task execution, they will play an essential role in monitoring financial performance and identifying areas of improvement. This role requires the ability to be detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and capable of communicating complex data clearly to stakeholders. This role can be based in Rhode Island or remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.

 

A day in the life as a Financial Analyst:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, providing insights to optimize business performance.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support critical business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and analyze performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities and performance metrics.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial targets.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, with strong quantitative and analytical skills (recent graduates welcome).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is needed. Familiarity with financial tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Think-Cell, ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess financial data and develop insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Curiosity and learning agility to adapt quickly to new challenges and tools.
  • Team-oriented with strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills for building relationships across departments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data clearly to non-financial partners.
  • A proactive approach to continuous process improvement and problem-solving.

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range:  $57,300
  • Pay Range End:  $110,500
