Job description

Job Summary
Our client, a leading healthcare solutions provider dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative technology and services, is seeking a skilled Facets QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of their Facets-based applications.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Facets applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Facets modules.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide detailed reports on testing outcomes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ability to understand business requirements/acceptance criteria and translate that information into a test case strategy and plan.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of Facets application and table structure.
Proven experience as a QA Tester with the Claims Test Pro application within Facets.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.
