We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our team in Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

Develop detail specs and requirements including prototypes for client review and approval.
Work closely with our UX/ UI designer to create prototypes
Perform design review meetings to validate requirements
Create documentation on process and gap analysis, design of new functionality; and product testing.
Work with the team to manage daily SCRUM meetings
Develop Test / Acceptance Criteria for Sprints
Define user stories and milestones for delivering project planning
Complete integrated system testing when new features are implemented to validate acceptance criteria
Manage communications between stakeholders including business development, operation team and clients
Contribute to strategic planning and product roadmaps

Requirements:

4+ years experience in IT product management and/or business analysis
4+ years of experience working with API and SFTP integrations
4+ years of experience working in an Agile/ Scrum environment
Experience with application configuration within a project environment
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), is an asset
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML and CSS
Ability strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
Clear, concise and effective communication ability.
Strong customer service work ethic and attention to detail.
Exceptional time management skills.
Occasional (international) travel is a requirement for this position
