Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and interpret market access datasets including payer, reimbursement, and health economics information.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tools for tracking and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product access and market penetration.
Collaborate with commercial teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving market access strategies, pricing, and product positioning.
Integrate and manipulate data from multiple sources, such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, and internal databases, to provide comprehensive insights.
Design and implement custom analytics solutions to address specific business questions.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a technical lead analyst role within the pharmaceutical industry focusing on commercial operations and market access data.
Strong understanding of market access, reimbursement processes, and health economics.
Experience working with commercial pharma data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, or other relevant data providers.
Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE), health outcomes research, and value-based pricing strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
