Manage sales and wholesaler productivity through Advisors and firms in assigned district. Achieve top-line and bottom line goals across ETF sales. Coach and mentor wholesalers to effectively position products and AZL value proposition to advisors. Ensure regulatory compliance among wholesalers within each of their districts. Support wholesalers through the navigation of the various distribution channels within the company to drive sales while preserving important distribution partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with COIs within key firm accounts.
What you do:
Revenue Generation: Manage the activity and drive the sales of external wholesalers in their assigned territory; Ensure compliant and effective sales and sales practices among wholesalers; Provide support for wholesalers to ensure they are able to effectively execute their goals and objectives.
Running the Business: Ensure district remains within T&E budget: Manage marketing allowance budget according to opportunity and business need; Recruit, hire and train new wholesalers as opportunity and cost warrant.
Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with key COIs within firms; Partner with Distribution National Accounts to identify creative ways to drive sales within key firm relationships.
Market Insights and Reporting: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory changes. Adapt strategies as needed to meet evolving client needs and industry shifts. Oversee and analyze sales activities, pipelines and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize strategies.
What you bring:
- 11+ years of experience required: with a significant portion in ETF distribution or wholesaling.
- 10 years in managing high-performing sales teams.
- Four-year degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
- Series 7, 63 & 24 required.
Job may require periods of stooping, standing, bending or sitting.
Domestic travel required (up to 60%) and limited international travel may be required (up to 5%).
Base Salary Range $157,000 - $175,000
In addition to base salary, a portion of your total compensation is based on commissions. Actual commission earned is driven by assigned territory and individual sales performance.
