About the Role

As an Executive Assistant (Client Management), you will be at the forefront of client interactions, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered seamlessly. You'll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and client satisfaction. Your ability to manage multiple accounts, foresee challenges, and identify growth opportunities will be critical in helping us expand our business.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Understand client goals and objectives, translating them into actionable project briefs for the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and introduce additional services where relevant.
  • Handle day-to-day client inquiries, addressing issues promptly to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a positive and productive experience working with us.
