Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings across different time zones, and coordinating travel arrangements. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from virtual meetings. Ensure meetings are well-organized and productive. Document Management: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized digital files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Support Functions: Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed in a virtual environment.

Core responsibilities:

Min 3 year proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism. Proficiency in virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information in a virtual environment.
