Job description

Key Responsibilities

Lead, monitor, execute, and evaluate projects from initial proposal to final client presentation.
Participate in the urban design process, including zoning, circulation, and block planning.
Mentor and develop team members.
Implement Urban Design and Landscape initiatives as directed by the Chief of Urban Design and Landscape.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field, and/or Master's degree in Urban Design. A relevant certification is a plus;
Minimum of 5 years' experience in urban design;
Experience leading teams/projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders;
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, and other design tools;
Understanding of data analysis and strategy development in regional design principles;
Strong presentation, report writing, and negotiation skills;
Ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team;
Immediate availability;
Portfolio submission required.
