ClickUp is seeking a leader in integration design and system collaboration that has strengths in developing comprehensive, end-to-end HR systems integration and data management strategies. This individual has a strong and balanced understanding of Workday HCM, integration tools, and technical troubleshooting.
The ideal Workday Integrations Specialist understands the importance of HR systems integration and has prior experience in working with HR and other Cross Functional teams to build integration solutions and data accuracy processes using Workday Studio and Core Connectors. The Role:
As a Workday Integrations Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations between Workday and other internal and external systems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of these integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and other Workday tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to understand integration requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform unit and system testing of integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, providing timely support and resolution.
- Maintain documentation of integration processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, evaluating their impact on existing integrations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders on integration processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Workday Integrations Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
- Proficiency in Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certification in Integrations.
- Workday certification in Extend.
- Experience with integration platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems (Greenhouse, Fidelity, Okta, etc).
