Job description

Purpose

The Customer Support & Application Configuration Specialist will play a pivotal, customer-facing role, serving as the primary point of contact for Singlify’s clients and configuring the Singlify platform, Salesforce, and related applications to meet client requirements. Working directly with end customers, you will be essential in fostering customer satisfaction, supporting successful implementations, and advancing Singlify’s mission to empower inclusive finance providers.

This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in Salesforce who is looking to further develop their career with hands-on experience, direct customer engagement, and a meaningful impact on social and financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support & Issue Resolution
    • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction among customers in the inclusive finance sector.
    • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the support system, identifying and tracking recurring issues to enhance product stability.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, providing valuable customer insights that drive product enhancements.
  2. Application Configuration for Implementations
    • Configure the Singlify platform, Salesforce, and integrated third-party applications to meet specific client business needs, ensuring solutions align with customer workflows and business processes.
    • Demonstrate configured solutions to clients, gather feedback, and make adjustments to fulfill their expectations.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all configuration changes, ensuring traceability and enabling smooth handovers or troubleshooting.
  3. Proactive Customer Engagement & Training
    • Engage proactively with customers by providing best practices, training resources, and product guidance to maximize their success and adoption of the Singlify platform.
    • Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs for new users, facilitating a smooth onboarding process and offering support as needed throughout the implementation phase.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Nairobi, with a minimum expectation of working 3 days per week from our office at Jenga Leo, a collaborative workspace designed to foster innovation and teamwork.
