Position Summary

As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will build a clear and inspirational marketing vision, acting as the strategic architect behind our global brand evolution in the cloud application space. Leveraging deep expertise in marketing to technical audiences, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and championing strategic growth opportunities that strengthen our market leadership. In this high-impact role you will lead the rebranding efforts, drive product positioning, and elevate our market virality through innovative, data-driven strategies that support product-led growth (PLG) motion, as well as partner and direct sales channels. 

As a key member of the executive team, you will evangelize marketing as a function, fostering cross-collaboration with product, sales, and engineering to drive our long-term objectives. This role demands a strategic marketing leader who expertly translates cloud product complexities into compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences. By building omni-channel demand generation strategies, you will drive intentional, sustainable growth that positions us as an industry leader.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will have a significant influence on shaping the company’s long-term direction, driving both strategic marketing initiatives and day-to-day performance.

Design impactful campaigns that resonate with developer-focused audiences and drive measurable engagement, ensuring strong revenue impact and ROI.
  • Apply in-depth cloud industry knowledge to create clear, compelling narratives that distinguish us within the industry.
  • Foster a dynamic, high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and innovation. Cultivate an inclusive culture that empowers team members to deliver creativity and results across global markets and diverse time zones.
  • Partner cross-functionally as an essential member of the executive team to ensure marketing drives business success. Build trust and alignment across all teams to achieve sustainable, measurable growth.
  • Own and maintain the integrity of our global brand, ensuring that each touchpoint reflects a unified and compelling brand message. Guide our brand evolution to resonate with a diverse, technical audience and differentiate us within the cloud industry.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize marketing strategies, ensuring that all efforts are grounded in data and ROI-focused. Set and track KPIs for lead generation, conversion, and customer retention to drive consistent improvement and impactful results.
  • Lead the company through critical inflection points - whether product shifts, market pivots, or acquisitions - with a clear communication and execution strategy that aligns stakeholders.
