Our SW products on the Nordic healthcare market 

We offer around 15 specialized software products tailored for healthcare services. Our portfolio includes patient record systems, dental health solutions, orthopedic tools, laboratory management systems, surgical planning software, and collaboration solutions across various levels of healthcare. 

Our primary market is in the Nordics, but we also benefit from the support of skilled professionals in Pune, India. Our team comprises approximately 400 dedicated healthcare IT professionals, many of whom possess dual expertise in healthcare and IT. 

 

About the Role 

As the Lead Enterprise Architect at Tietoevry Care, you will empower and inspire teams by driving the architectural vision and strategy for our diverse healthcare IT product portfolio. Your main goal will be to ensure the scalability, security, and robustness of our solutions while aligning them with industry standards and best practices. You will set clear architectural goals, ensuring teams are accountable for delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. 

You will collaborate closely with different development teams, development managers, product management and customers.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the architectural team, making decisions that shape the future of our healthcare solutions. Empower teams by providing clear architectural goals and strategic context to foster innovation and ownership 

  • Working closely with development teams, product managers, and customers, ensuring their needs are effectively translated into scalable and secure technical solutions 

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks by fostering an environment of iterative testing and continuous feedback to enhance system integrity and security. 

  • Empower and mentor team members by guiding them on complex technical issues, fostering a culture of autonomy, continuous learning, and improvement 

 

We are looking for someone with 

  • Experience in building complex digital products and cloud-based systems in demanding, mission-critical, large-scale environments. 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and align potentially conflicting views with internal and external stakeholders. 

 

Beneficial Experience 

  • Experience in B2B business, preferably within the public sector.
