Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Data Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Working with stakeholders to understand their data needs
Technology selection: Determine appropriate tools and platforms to use for each scenario
Prioritization: Partner with others to schedule work intake and deliverables
Data collection: Obtain data through multiple sources as needed. Continuously streamline processes
Data cleaning: Ensuring data quality by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers
Data modeling: Designing database structures (data selection, categories & relationships)
Data interpretation: Using statistical tools to identify patterns and trends in data
Data visualization: Creating charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data findings
Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Process improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures
Predictive modeling: Using data to predict future trends or behaviors
Data mining: Exploring large datasets to identify patterns or relationships. Navigate complex environment of various data sources
Prescriptive analytics: Produce actionable results to drive business decisions.
Diagnostic analytics: Identify root causes of technical and business challenges
Descriptive analytics: Assess trends over specific time periods
Predictive analytics: Determine most likely outcomes based on patterns and tendencies.
Create and maintain a reporting playbook outlining all reports and tools developed
Maintain all resulting data analytic solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
At least three years of experience across analytics layers (ingest, store, analyze, predict, visualize, API, AI) and supporting technologies (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to focus and retain information
Ability to work independently and manage work effectively with minimal supervision
