Job Summary
This administrative position is responsible for performing support functions for the Payment Integrity and Pharmacy Division such as imaging, file assignments and mail support.
Hours: Day shift, 40-hour work weeks. During training, 8am - 5pm. Flexible schedule options available between 7am - 7pm after six months of employment.
Setting: Professional office environment with remote opportunity available after six months of employment based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Work Imaging queue to ensure incoming documents attach to the correct internal file.
- Small Volume Printing for Operations.
- Payment Integrity File reassignments.
- File reassignment for Pharmacy Recovery team.
- Eligibility lookups for Pharmacy team.
- Data entry / Data research.
Qualifications
- High Diploma
- Healthcare background a plus.
- Data entry experience preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn multiple systems.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to change and demonstrate flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.

- Frequently uses and views the computer using fingers, hands, and vision.
