Head of Investor Relations

This is a remote position.

• Manage relationships with current and future Avail seed, series A and strategic investors. 
  

• Create an ongoing monthly engagement cadence between founders and investors to gather feedback and expert insights.
  

• Inform and educate Avail investors about Avail's progress in various execution areas, such as product, ecosystem, and brand growth. 
  

• Enhance investor engagement with the Avail product and brand on social media and offline channels, such as events, conferences, and podcasts.
  

• Educate the institutional crypto market on Avail’s product and positioning on an ongoing basis. 
  

• Collaborate with investors and media/research brands to deliver research on Avail.
  

• Map out investors' areas of interest (Investment thesis, portfolio companies) and engage them to gather insights on products, ecosystems and the competitive landscape.
  

• Serve as the touchpoint for brand and ecosystem-building exercises with investors.
  

• Engage with crypto financial institutions, OTC desks, market makers and exchanges to enhance liquidity and distribution.
  

• Strategise and execute campaigns for the Avail token community with the currently listed exchanges.
  

• Meet investors and crypto financial institutions in person and build deep and productive relationships.
  

Requirements

• Relevant experience working with a liquid fund or venture fund in web3.
  

• Resident in Singapore/Hong Kong or New York.
  

• Exposure to Defi and Crytpo protocols hands-on.
  

• Previous work experience with exchanges or reputed market makers is a plus.
  

• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
