Projects and Briefings Coordinator

That is why we need you, an experienced Projects and Briefings Coordinator who can analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and provide high-quality mission support.
As part of our team, you'll serve as a Projects and Briefings Coordinator at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), helping organize and facilitate the creation and execution of advanced government-funded research and development programs. You will liaise with Program Managers throughout the program development lifecycle ensuring that the office and agency requirements are tracked and completed, communicating guidance, managing deadlines, and managing formal nominations on behalf of office leadership.
You will also manage the coordination of various executive leadership briefings concurrently, including deadlines and planning. You’ll coordinate across various teams for larger-scale briefings and projects. You’ll analyze briefing materials to maintain the continuity of the style of content and maintain a comprehensive electronic library of technical documentation. You will also be readily available to shift your focus to fulfilling emerging client requests. Your understanding of the client mission will enable the mission's success.

You Have:
Experience in interacting and communicating with senior level executives, including SES or GS-15 equivalent
Experience in working with technical staff or engineers
Experience with project management, tracking, and coordination throughout the entire cycle, including management of multiple projects and tasks
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to identify and manage client expectations, develop clear objectives and deadlines, and communicate taskers on behalf of office leadership
Ability to maintain on-time performance and attention to detail standards, including editing acumen
Ability to be detail-oriented
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with supporting work at Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)
Experience with the military or DoD
Experience with supporting a DoD front office
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational, project management, and spelling and grammar skills
TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
