Location: Canada - Fully Remote

Pay: $60K - 80K

About the Company: We are working with a fast growth B2C marketplace who is looking for a Customer experience manager to join their North American team.

Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact via SMS and email, providing quick, friendly support.
- Guide their clients through their journey and ensure their success.
- Build strong relationships with clients, advocating for their needs.
- Collaborate with teams to prioritize customer feedback.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in customer success or account management.
