Delbridge Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative in Services and Software Sales!

  • A university or college degree and experience in sales or customer service from your previous roles, whether during or after school. 

  • A collaborative spirit: You may be competitive, but you deeply appreciate working with a supportive and dynamic sales team. 

  • A charismatic personality: You believe sales is about relationship-building and trust-building at every level. 

  • A strong desire to win: You’re motivated to succeed—whether cold calling, following up on leads, or building relationships through referrals and research. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Prospect and create sales opportunities for your assigned territory through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn. 

  • Develop and nurture sales opportunities using HubSpot. 

  • Work closely with your director for strategic planning and guidance on all sales initiatives. 

  • Conduct market and competitive research to understand the landscape. 

  • Collaborate with the Account Executive and Marketing teams to drive results. 

  • Provide weekly status updates and reports. 

Skills You’ll Need: 

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or marketing (or relevant internships). 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 

  • Excellent presentation skills. 

  • Comfort in engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
