Employment Recruiter
Remote Position
6+Month Contract
Potential to convert to perm

Client is seeking a skilled recruiter with experience in light industrial recruiting to support staffing goals, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining a strong relationship with hiring leaders.

Responsibilities:

Screen candidates (50% of time); source, present, and coordinate with hiring leaders
Partner with sourcers and manage interview schedules
Review staffing dashboards, conduct headcount reconciliations
Update pipeline reports and other recruitment documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of light industrial recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency in Indeed, Avature, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, BI Reports
Highly organized, self-motivated, able to meet KPIs

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Teleo, Workday, PeopleSoft
Experience coordinating hiring events
