⭐️ this is a 100% work from home, Independent Contractor role for someone based in Manila metro market ⭐️

The company: You’ll be working with a UK based workspace business that provides ready-to-go spaces for start-ups, creatives, professionals, and hobbyists to thrive.They provide self-contained, affordable studio spaces where businesses can register their business, create their product and make a home for their business to grow.

They currently have about 800 spaces across London and continue to grow! You’ll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity is encouraged and voices are heard.

Job role: The Sales Development Specialist will work closely with the Founders to oversee a variety of general business projects that ensure smooth day to day operations for the business and the customers.

You’ll work very closely with customers; timely, clear and concise communication is key.

To be successful in this role you are a proactive, effective communicator, who is highly organized and has a 'customer first' mentality.

You will join several other team members working remote from the Philippines.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and handle incoming rental enquiries
  • Update & monitor Online Adverts on third party portals including Gumtree, Meta and Rightmove
  • Manage in Real-Time communication generated through Social Media (Instagram/TikTok) and convert leads
  • Capture all new customer data ready and input in CRM effectively for next step in process
  • Schedule Viewing Appointments with potential customer and Sales Rep at the assigned property
  • Follow up sales appointments/viewings
  • Carry out negotiations with interested parties once approval is received on pricing
  • Create New Tenant Profiles, Contracts and follow through process to signature by the incoming tenant
  • Ensure correct rental amount and deposit amount is assigned to profile and make sure rent review date is correctly assigned in the calendar
  • Assign all relevant documentation to the tenant profile in Re-Leased and ensure all contacts are correct in system
  • Arrange move-In Time & date with Sales Team and Tenant
  • Draft and distribute internal communications, memos, and notices
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, and distributing
  • Maintain accurate records for various office functions
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
  • Content Moderation of the Company CRM/Re-Leased/Phone System contacts/Microsoft SharePoint
  • Act as one of the main point of contact for office-related queries and issues
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Ad Hoc Customer Service support if and when needed
  • Real-time Social Media responding
  • Regular Teams calls and meeting with head office

About you:

  • Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
  • Strong fluency in verbal and written English.
  • As an independent contractor, you must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed internet access.
  • 2+ years in a Sales Development and/or Client Relations role (or similar) leading customer facing projects.
  • Experience with Online Adverts portals including, Gumtree, Meta and Rightmove is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; experience working directly with UK customers.
  • Ability to take initiative, problem-solve and work independently
  • Bonus points: experience in small, dynamic UK based start-ups
  • Bonus points: expertise in Real Estate

  • Hourly rate: PHP ₱300 starting rate per hour depending on experience
