Job Summary:
The Salesforce CPQ Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline the quote-to-cash process. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and translating them into scalable and efficient Salesforce CPQ solutions. The Architect will also provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to the development team.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document CPQ requirements. Design scalable and efficient Salesforce CPQ solutions that meet business needs.
Implementation: Lead the implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems within the organization's ecosystem.
Work with integration architects to design and implement seamless data flows.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Mentor and train team members on Salesforce CPQ best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and IT, to ensure alignment with business goals. Work with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Define and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce CPQ solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce CPQ updates and new features.
Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and solution architecture.
