Job description

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Position Type: Short-term consultancy.
Project Duration: 15-20 working days.
Location: remote.
Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
 

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Readiness Program Designer to update existing career readiness programs and develop new ones based on needs assessments. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational program design and be able to deliver targeted, outcome-oriented content that enhances the career preparedness of students and young professionals.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review & Update Existing Programs:

    • Assess the relevance and quality of current career readiness programs.
    • Update and refine the content to ensure it meets evolving career trends, market needs, and learner expectations.
  2. Program Design:

    • Define the target audience for each program (e.g., high school students, university graduates, early career professionals).
    • Develop clear learning outcomes that align with career readiness standards.
    • Outline key topics to be covered, including job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, soft skills development, and professional behavior.
  3. Content Development:

    • Create and/or curate program content such as training modules, workbooks, presentations, and other learning materials.
    • Ensure the content is engaging, practical, and tailored to the needs of the target audience.
  4. Student Evaluation & Progress Monitoring:

    • Design assessment tools to track student progress and outcomes throughout the program.
    • Conduct evaluations of students’ performance and gather feedback to improve future program delivery.
  5. Reporting & Recommendations:

    • Provide a summary report on program updates and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Offer insights on the overall effectiveness of the program based on evaluations and student feedback.

Key Deliverables:
  • Updated content for existing career readiness programs.
  • New program designs (if required), including target audience, learning outcomes, and key topics.
  • Fully developed learning materials for both existing and new programs.
  • Student evaluation frameworks and assessment tools.
  • Final report summarizing program updates and outcomes with recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in educational program design and content development, preferably in career readiness or professional development.
  • Strong understanding of labor market trends and career competencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Familiarity with student assessment methods and learning evaluation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a short time frame.
