Job Overview

In the capacity of Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in overseeing and directing day-to-day testing activities, ensuring the effective execution of test events. This position is fully remote and contingent upon the award of the contract. We encourage military veterans to consider applying.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and coordinate testing strategies and plans in collaboration with the Government Test Manager, focusing on work breakdown structures, test architecture, schedules, deliverables, required resources, risk assessments, and quality assurance.
• Act as a primary liaison among the Test Team, T&E Management, Government Test Manager, Product Manager, and Functional Area Management Teams.
• Maintain an awareness of potential issues that may hinder the timely completion of assignments and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
• Comprehend the architecture and configuration of test environments, providing a comprehensive framework for all testing activities.
• Analyze various documents (e.g., design, requirements, architecture, diagrams, flowcharts) to fully grasp the specifications of the test engagement.
• Mentor and support fellow test analysts in crafting and executing test cases, scripts, scenarios, and user stories.
• Document and monitor test events utilizing test management tools throughout planning, execution, and reporting phases.
• Lead daily and weekly internal and external status meetings, trainings, and test strategy discussions to keep the testing team informed and to identify risks at early project stages.
• Anticipate future test events, including scope, complexity, requirements analysis, projected hours, risks, issues, and assumptions.
• Provide insights related to application and environment risks, system architecture, software delivery processes, and scheduling impacts.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst role.
• Familiarity with large-scale agile methodologies, such as SAFe.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication proficiency with the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
• Solid understanding of testing strategies and integration functionalities.
• Possession of A+, Network+, or Security+ Certification.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a security clearance.
