ARC is looking for a Product Manager, Payment Gateway to join our team! In this role, you will develop and set product strategy, prioritize product enhancements, develop user stories and drive the product team to complete tasks to deliver one or more products to increase ARC’s customer base, customer satisfaction, and revenues derived from our customers. The individual must be familiar with all stages of a product’s lifecycle. They are responsible for all aspects of product management including, but not limited to the development of product goals, implementation of goals, management of the product P&L, leadership of the product team, working with and supporting customers, and other activities set forth by senior management to support the ARC revenue objectives.

What You'll Get to Do::
  1. Create the product strategy, prioritize product enhancements, develop user stories and drive the product team to complete tasks to deliver one or more products in an agile, iterative framework. In that process, evaluate and prioritize product features for inclusion into product roadmaps.
  2. Set product budget and goals, manage the P&L and prioritize tasks in an agile framework to achieve or exceed these goals.
  3. Evaluate and prioritize product features for inclusion into product roadmaps (e.g., product features). Work with senior management to effectively manage trade-offs between cost/schedule versus customer benefit as part of enterprise resource planning.
  4. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other departments at ARC to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Manage appropriate aspects of product delivery including customer communication (internal and external), documentation, training/knowledge transfer, User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and product launch.
  5. Work directly with customers to translate customer needs into user stories. When necessary, include management in decisions that impact the revenue of ARC.
  6. Co-lead or lead cross functional support teams consisting of sales, marketing, customer support and vendors in communicating the product plans, policies, definitions, and developments.
You'll Bring These Qualifications::
  • Have a deep understanding of the customer. Must be able to develop knowledge of our customers and users and be able to apply that to manage new and existing products and services.
  • Develop product strategies, roadmaps and goals based on interaction and analysis of customer and industry needs.
  • Coordinate rapid, smooth, and successfully iterative product launches in collaboration with the Product Team and other teams (sales, marketing, etc.)
  • Have the ability to manage and develop products in an agile framework.
  • Have a good understanding of product release strategies and tactics along with required documentation.
  • Ability to network with counterparts throughout the industry.
  • Strong analytical, planning, facilitation, documentation and communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to solve problems and achieve buy-in for solutions approaches.
  • Prior experience in the payments focused on API enablement or partner integrations is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience with payment APIs, business intelligence platforms, and cloud solutions required.
  • Fundamental knowledge of card brand rules, regulations, and interchange qualifications required.
  • Fundamental knowledge of PA-DSS, PCI, and 3DS required.
  • Prior experience with corporate B2B payments, card brand regulations, tokenization, and wallet payments.
