Could This Be For You?:

The Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) is responsible for overall program management with an emphasis on therapist training related to "physical agent modality" applications for aging adults. Specializes in Speech Language Pathology and apply dysphagia treatment expertise to state-of-the-art technology and provide consultative services to peers on a multi-state scale.

 

The Territory for this position will include the following areas:

 

Michigan - *Ideal candidate would reside in south-central/south-eastern lower peninsula of Michigan. 

Your Impact:
  • Serves as a direct representative to client facilities and medical community
  • Establishes and maintains excellent clinical and customer service with client base
  • Provides clinical education and training to client facilities to support therapy professionals who treat swallowing disorders using adjunctive surface EMG, virtual reality exercise, oropharyngeal dysphagia treatments, neuromuscular electrical stimulation
  • Promotes superior clinical outcomes to achieve highly satisfied customers
  • Strategizes and problem solves with client personnel to minimize facility cancellations
  • Completes reports and paperwork following client visit and/or training
  • Communicates and interacts with the management team regarding customer issues and relations, growth opportunities
  • Maintains positive, professional relationships and communication with co-workers and management
  • Able to travel as needed including overnight stays and adjust work hours accordingly
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ Years of clinical practice with an emphasis in dysphagia therapy
  • Current licensure in appropriate therapy field
  • Extensive Travel - Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures

Preferred

  • Master's degree in speech language pathology
  • Long-Term Care or Geriatric Rehab Experience  
  • Speech Language Pathology License

Pay range of $90,000 - $110,000/year + bonus + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
