Job Title: Sr. Inventory Planner
Job Description
This role is 100% remote but requires availability to work Pacific coast hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Sr. Inventory Planner will manage tactical store inventory replenishment, suggested orders, allocation functions, systems, and processes necessary to maintain appropriate in-store inventory levels. This role supports breakpack execution in key markets while also aiding the broader team in developing and executing replenishment plans.
Responsibilities
- Setting inventory strategies and service level strategies, recommending optimum inventory levels, and providing options to trade off cost vs. service level targets.
- Recommending store-focused solutions to meet store sales and financial targets.
- Leading process improvement efforts and adopting new technology/capability rollouts.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to create replenishment planning policies based on strategic value and product lifecycle.
- Anticipating conflicts, communicating effectively, and leading resolution and decision-making when trade-offs exist.
- Gathering inputs from cross-functional teams to craft collaborative messaging that accurately conveys complex situations.
- Evaluating plans against expected output and past performance, then engaging in conversations to call out risk.
- Role modeling a positive and productive work environment, and coaching peers to do the same.
Essential Skills
- Experience in supply chain and inventory management.
- Proficiency in SAP, point of sale systems, o9, MMS, and Oracle BI.

Work Environment
The team culture is a mix of remote and local partners who work well together in a highly collaborative environment. The role involves creating a positive and supportive team atmosphere. The position requires adherence to Pacific coast working hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
