We're seeking an organized, strategic problem-solver with a flair for operational excellence to partner with our Head of Creative Marketing. Your impact? This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.Â

Your Mission

Centralize and streamline YAZIOâs creative processes, providing strategic and organizational support to the Head of Creative Marketing
Utilize your project management expertise to efficiently lead and manage digital assets
Partially take over communication with external agencies to ensure seamless project coordination
Assist in organizing and executing content shoots, contributing to high-quality, impactful campaigns
Track project milestones, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time and meet YAZIOâs standards
Assess project outcomes, gather feedback and implement learnings to drive continuous improvement in YAZIOâs creative work

Your Profile

Weâre looking for someone who:

Possesses foundational project management experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing-focused environment, allowing you to navigate and support the unique needs of creative teams.
Demonstrates exceptional project management skills: You manage projects efficiently and effectively.
Excels at outcome-focused work: You proactively drive results and operational excellence.
Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams: You work well with various teams to achieve common goals.
Communicates effectively: You possess outstanding communication skills.
Pays attention to detail: You maintain high standards of quality through meticulous attention to detail.
Enhances creative processes: You have a proven track record of improving creative processes to scale operational and project excellence.
Thinks strategically: You can think strategically and execute plans effectively.
Owns quality control: You uphold high standards of creative excellence.
Has international experience: You have either worked abroad or within international environments.
