The Property Experts is a fast-growing national network, enabling self-employed estate agents to be successful by providing ongoing support, guidance, tools, and training. Our vision is to raise the standards in the estate agency industry by providing clients with a first class service, excellent marketing and delivering outstanding results.

How much can you earn? Agents earn 70% of the fee. By selling 4 properties per month (one a week) with an average fee of just £3,000 you will earn over £100,000 per year. Earnings are uncapped and are dependent on your own efforts.

Back-office support

We have a full support team to help with administration, compliance, marketing, IT, invoicing, social media, call handling and sales progression.

Mandatories

• Must have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A clean DBS check
• You will be required to set up your own business and go through steps to become fully compliant (at your own cost)
• You must have the financial backing to support yourself until you start earning commissions (4-6 months)
