Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities by targeting industries such as automotive, construction, electronics, and specialty chemicals where saline products play a critical role.
- Implement a results-oriented sales strategy aimed at achieving ambitious revenue goals and expanding market share within Spain.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Leverage your expertise in saline products to become a trusted advisor, providing clients with a competitive edge through in-depth product knowledge.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and technical support to synchronize product offerings with customer demands.

Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the chemical industry, with a solid background in saline product sales preferred.
- Strong foundation in saline chemistry and its varied industrial applications.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English for effective client engagement and internal coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to travel across Spain and internationally on occasion as the role demands.
