Job description

• Processing of accounting transactions
• Supplier reconciliations
• Supplier Statement reconciliation and managing any related issues
• Supplier payments and managing AP relationship with suppliers
• Processing of accounting transactions related to suppliers and other purchasing transactions
• Processing of supplier transactions, management of supplier account reconciliations and payment activities
• Setup of payments in the relevant bank system
• Bank reconciliations for Australian and international accounts
• Processing of month end journals for all AP related transactions
• Oversight over inter-company invoice management
• Assisting with some inventory costings.
