Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Remote Bilingual (Dutch - English) Customer Support Representative, also referred to as a Dutch Happiness Officer. Your mission will be to cultivate happiness and create memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our brand and embody its values in every customer interaction by adopting the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that generates WOW moments for both new and existing customers across various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Accurately translate our product information and all customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Become well-versed in our product and internal software to efficiently assist our customers.
  • Maintain a positive and uplifting attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to create positive experiences.
  • Capability to reflect the company's voice and tone in all communications.
  • Proficient in email and chat support systems.

Qualifications
